Registered Nurse (UAEN) – Hospital

About the role

Speciality Hospital Dubai is seeking a Registered Nurse (UAEN) to join its multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on delivering safe, compassionate, and individualized patient care in line with NMC’s Vision, Mission and Values.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care while adhering to UAE Code of Conduct and regulatory standards.
• Speak up on safety concerns, treat patients with kindness and respect, and act within the limits of competence.
• Maintain up‑to‑date mandatory training, follow the NMC Nurse Competency Matrix and acquire new clinical skills.
• Support, mentor and supervise pre‑registration nurses, new hires and student nurses.
• Participate in teaching, mentorship, preceptorship and performance improvement initiatives.
• Engage in quality assurance activities, report incidents and comply with DOH/DHA/MOH regulations.

Required profile

• Registered Nurse licence valid in the UAE.
• Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice and continuous learning.
• Ability to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to mentor junior staff and contribute to a learning culture.
