Experienced Clinical Research Associate - Multi Sponsored

About the role

IQVIA is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate to support multi‑sponsored studies in Dubai. You will ensure sites conduct studies according to protocol, regulations and sponsor expectations while driving subject recruitment and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Perform site monitoring visits (selection, initiation, monitoring and close‑out) in line with GCP and ICH guidelines.
• Collaborate with sites to develop and track subject recruitment plans.
• Provide protocol and study training to sites and maintain regular communication.
• Assess site practices for compliance and escalate quality issues as needed.
• Track regulatory submissions, enrollment, CRF completion, data queries and study progress.
• Ensure site documents are filed correctly in the Trial Master File and Investigator’s Site File.
• Prepare monitoring visit reports, follow‑up letters and other required documentation.
• Support project teams in execution and may assist with site financial management and invoice retrieval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience; at least 1 year of on‑site monitoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and therapeutic protocol requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Organizational, problem‑solving and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues, managers and clients.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Competence using a laptop computer, iPhone and iPad for work tasks.
