About the role

Join Mirabaud, a Swiss private bank with a family‑business culture, to help expand its External Asset Manager (EAM) market in Dubai. The role combines relationship management and business development, allowing you to build a client portfolio and deliver tailored wealth‑management solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively acquire and manage a portfolio of self‑sourced clients within the EAM market.
• Monitor and report on pipeline performance against individual and team targets.
• Develop trust‑based relationships through regular, personalized client contact.
• Assess clients' financial situations and objectives, collaborating with a Team Head when needed.
• Provide integrated wealth‑management services and formulate investment solutions aligned with client goals.
• Promote the bank’s products and services, delivering customized investment proposals.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
• Strong network and proven track record within the EAM market.
• Excellent interpersonal and sales‑oriented communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with prospects and clients.
• Team player with persistence, persuasion, and a genuine passion for client service.
