Relationship Manager Developer Experience

About the role

We are seeking a Relationship Manager – Developer Experience to join Mira Construction in Dubai. The role will serve as the primary liaison between our developer clients and internal teams, ensuring client needs are understood and met while supporting business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
• Identify client objectives and deliver tailored solutions.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal project teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor industry trends to uncover new business opportunities.
• Represent the company at networking events and industry conferences.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relationship management experience within a developer or construction environment in the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and build trust with stakeholders.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office Suite.
