About the role
The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with investor landlords, driving business growth and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with customers (Investor Landlords) and assist in generating new business.
- Identify opportunities for greater profits, upselling and cross‑selling.
- Understand customer needs, develop plans to address them, and resolve complaints quickly.
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships and secure new Property Management Agreements.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors and market trends.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3‑5 years of experience in brokerage, property management sales, agreements and conversions.
- Knowledge of Dubai leasing terms and procedures.
- Experience in secondary market and off‑plan sales.
