Relationship Manager – Premium Services

About the role

We are supporting a leading global financial services organization in hiring a Relationship Manager – Premium Services based in Dubai. The role focuses on managing and strengthening relationships with premium and high‑value customers, delivering highly personalized service and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of premium and high‑value customers as their primary point of contact.
• Deliver proactive, personalized service by understanding individual needs and preferences.
• Handle enquiries, requests and complex service requirements efficiently and professionally.
• Build long‑term relationships through regular engagement and proactive communication.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, satisfaction and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of requests.
• Resolve sensitive or complex customer concerns while maintaining professionalism.
• Maintain strong knowledge of premium products, services, benefits and privileges.
• Ensure all interactions comply with internal policies, service standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in relationship management, premium customer service, VIP client management or client services.
• Proven track record dealing with high‑value, affluent or VIP customers.
• Background in banking, financial services, premium cards, luxury hospitality, aviation, concierge or luxury services.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with a polished, professional approach.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion.
• Strong attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple customer requirements.
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.
