Release Manager DevOps Hybrid

About the role

The company is looking for a hands‑on Release Manager with strong DevOps capabilities to own end‑to‑end releases for a Salesforce‑based CRM and CDP ecosystem. The role is hybrid, combining release governance with automation and pipeline execution.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full release lifecycle from development through SIT, UAT and production.
• Plan and manage the release calendar across multiple phases.
• Lead Go/No‑Go decisions, readiness reviews and coordinate Dev, QA, Integration and Business teams.
• Perform impact assessments, define rollback and contingency plans, and drive post‑release validation and reporting.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred) and automate build, test and deployment processes.
• Manage environments (Dev/SIT/UAT/Prod) and implement automated deployment and rollback.
• Integrate automated regression and performance testing, enable monitoring, logging and alerts.
• Apply DevSecOps practices, ensuring secure pipelines and audit logs.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Release Management or DevOps.
• Proven experience with multi‑environment deployments and release governance.
• Exposure to Salesforce environments is preferred.

Required skills

• GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps or Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Salesforce platform knowledge.
• Automation scripting for build, test and deployment.
• Monitoring, logging and alerting tools.
• DevSecOps practices and secure pipeline configuration.
