Remittance Growth Executive - Bangladeshi Community

About the role

The Remittance Growth Executive will lead the expansion of du Pay’s digital remittance solution within the Bangladeshi expatriate community across the UAE. Reporting to the Channel Lead and working under the Remittance Lead, you will be the commercial bridge that turns community relationships into active, repeat‑use customers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive customer acquisition, activation, retention and re‑activation for du Pay within the Bangladeshi community.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with community leaders, employers, labour accommodations, retail businesses and social groups.
• Guide customers through the full remittance journey – from app registration and KYC to wallet activation, first transaction and repeat usage.
• Deliver measurable outcomes such as new registrations, KYC completions, first‑time and repeat remittance transactions, MAU growth and increased transaction volume.
• Maintain a strong field presence to establish credibility and trust within the community.

Required profile

• Field‑based sales or customer activation experience, preferably in financial services or fintech.
• Deep understanding of Bangladeshi community dynamics, remittance behaviour and peer‑influence patterns.
• Ability to develop and nurture relationships with a wide range of community stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
