Remote Arabic Telephone Interpreter (Arabic ↔ English)

About the role

We are expanding our network of Arabic‑English telephone interpreters to provide real‑time language support for a variety of sectors. This is a fully remote, long‑term cooperation where you will connect Arabic‑speaking callers with English‑speaking professionals over the phone.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, real‑time interpretation between Arabic and English during phone calls.
• Handle topics ranging from healthcare and financial services to government, immigration, and social services.
• Follow client instructions precisely and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Remain neutral, objective, and detached throughout each interaction.

Required profile

• Native or fluent proficiency in Arabic and English (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent listening, memory retention, and note‑taking abilities.
• Ability to work from a quiet home or private office environment.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable computer setup.

Required skills

• Laptop or PC.
• Stable wired internet connection.
• Wired headset with boom microphone (wireless headsets or earbuds are not allowed).
• Noise‑cancelling, unidirectional microphone.
