About the role
PulseMediaNL is looking for a detail‑oriented Remote Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative operations. You will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining information in our systems while ensuring data quality and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain records in company databases and spreadsheets.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Organise digital files and maintain filing systems.
- Assist with routine clerical tasks, prepare reports and update internal documents.
- Identify and correct data discrepancies and perform regular quality checks.
- Support workflow improvements and documentation updates.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical or administrative roles.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience using spreadsheets and basic database tools.
