Research Analyst – Network Loss (FBA FC)

About the role

Amazon is a data‑driven company that relies on metrics to improve its fulfillment operations. The Network Loss Research Analyst will join the FBA FC team in Abu Dhabi, collaborating with ICQA, Learning and Finance to deliver insights on quality defects and inventory adjustments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop data collection processes and manage data systems.
• Design SQL queries, compile data and generate analytical reports.
• Chart and graph data for clear visual reporting.
• Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
• Automate analyses with Python scripts.
• Prepare and publish reports for weekly, quarterly and project business reviews.
• Support leadership in interpreting data trends.
• Conduct in‑depth research of defect trends and perform data mining.
• Collect and enter data as needed and present findings in standard reports.
• Provide analytical support to ICQA and Learning team projects.

Required profile

• Experience in data analysis with the ability to draw actionable insights.
• Project‑management experience.
• Preferably a certificate in Data Analysis.
