Reservation Agent (Female)

About the role

Accor is looking for a motivated Reservation Agent (Female) to join the Novotel & Ibis Gate Hotels team in Abu Dhabi. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations and ensuring a seamless, professional experience from booking to stay.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails and online reservation requests with professionalism.
• Enter and manage reservations accurately, recording guest details, preferences and special requests.
• Promote additional services and amenities to optimise revenue.
• Provide up‑to‑date information on rates, promotions, property facilities and availability.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfil guest requests and resolve issues.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of hotel policies, procedures and services.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hospitality reservation or front‑desk role.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail‑oriented, organised and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with reservation systems, specifically Opera or similar platforms.
• Basic computer application skills.
