Reservations Agent – Dubai

About the role

The Reservations Agent will join the front‑office team of a luxury hotel in Dubai, handling guest reservation inquiries and ensuring a smooth booking experience. This full‑time position offers the chance to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and develop a career with a global brand.

Key responsibilities

• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, fax, or mail.
• Identify guest needs, verify room availability, rates, and explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies.
• Document special requests and accommodate guest preferences.
• Enter accurate data into the reservation system, including complimentary rooms, employee discounts, and wholesale rates.
• Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue and adhere to escalation procedures for guest concerns.
• Maintain professional appearance, protect confidential information, and ensure guest privacy and security.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Willingness to follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
