Reservations Agent (Emirati)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Reservations Agent who can deliver exceptional customer service and provide creative solutions for our guests. The role involves handling all reservation enquiries and ensuring smooth, efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process and confirm guest room reservations received via phone, letter, or fax.
• Enter all reservations into the system, recording pertinent information.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests related to reservations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with hotel promotions and follow established reservation procedures.
• Maintain accurate room status and ensure all incoming calls and emails are answered according to Rotana standards.
• Organise visa requests for guests in line with hotel policy and upsell when opportunities arise.
• Maintain filing system for correspondence and prepare reports for the Reservations Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in hotel reservations.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer‑focused, proactive, courteous, and able to work independently within a structured environment.
