Reservations Agent – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Reservations Agent ensures a smooth and efficient booking experience for guests at Accor Plus. You will handle reservation inquiries across multiple channels and coordinate with internal departments to maximise occupancy and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via telephone, email, online channels and booking platforms.
• Process individual, group, corporate and special‑event bookings accurately.
• Provide guests with information on room types, rates, packages, promotions and hotel facilities.
• Recommend suitable room options and upsell categories, packages and additional services.
• Confirm, modify and cancel reservations in line with hotel policies.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles, payment details and special requests in the reservation system.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping and other departments to communicate guest requirements.
• Monitor room availability, rates and inventory to support revenue optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of experience in hotel reservations or a related hospitality function.
• Emirati nationality preferred, as indicated by the “Emirati Talent” focus.
