Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent will represent Palazzo Versace Dubai by following standard operating procedures and delivering the highest level of customer service. The role focuses on proactively selling, upselling and cross‑selling the hotel’s products and services while handling guest inquiries across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and represent the hotel in all guest interactions.
• Proactively sell, upsell and cross‑sell hotel products and services to maximize revenue.
• Handle guest queries via telephone, fax and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain the presentation, cleanliness and functionality of the contact centre and its equipment.
• Achieve sales targets, manage complaints, file correspondence and update related reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months reservations experience in a luxury 5‑star hotel.
• Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, high‑pressure, multicultural environment.
• Strong teamwork orientation to meet departmental and organisational goals.
• High level of integrity and customer focus.

Required skills

• Opera reservation system knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
