About the role
Join Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island as a Reservations Agent and be the first point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an exceptional stay. You will ensure a smooth booking experience while maximizing revenue through strategic up‑selling.
Key responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging service to all reservation enquiries.
- Enter and manage rooming lists, ensuring accurate information in the reservation system.
- Recommend property facilities, handle special requests, and up‑sell to maximize revenue.
- Maintain up‑to‑date records and follow standard operating procedures.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservations Agent in a 5‑star hotel or resort in the UAE.
- Guest‑focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience with Opera reservation system preferred.
