Residences Liaison – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

As a Residences Liaison at Six Senses The Palm, Dubai, you will embody the brand’s vision and values while delivering an exceptional experience for residence owners and guests. The role supports the Director of Residences in communication, event coordination and owner engagement, ensuring a strong sense of community.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare newsletters, updates, notices and support the creation of reports, presentations and HOA documentation.
• Maintain accurate homeowner contact lists, preferences and communication records.
• Track and compile owner feedback from surveys, calls and meetings.
• Coordinate logistics for owner events, wellness activities, sustainability workshops and social gatherings, including invitations and post‑event communications.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation programmes for new owners, providing welcome packs and guides.
• Review residences to ensure compliance with LQA standards and follow up on action items from HOA meetings.
• Provide coverage for the Residences Concierge Supervisor and support the Chief Concierge as needed.
• Track homeowner payments related to dues, fees or special assessments and prepare reminders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or business management.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar luxury hospitality or residences role.
• Strong organisational, project coordination and written communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent follow‑through and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
