About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Residences Lounge Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional experience for residents and guests in our exclusive lounge, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome residents and guests with a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations for lounge services.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge, meeting high hygiene and presentation standards.
• Prepare and serve light refreshments, beverages, and snacks as required.
• Monitor and replenish lounge supplies and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in setting up for special events or gatherings in the lounge.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep the work area clean and organized.
• Effective time‑management skills and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest records.
• Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer‑service roles preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Professional appearance and adherence to grooming standards.
