Respiratory Therapist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate will provide skilled respiratory care to patients of all ages—from infants to the elderly—across a variety of healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver specialized respiratory care within the standards.
• Assess, treat, and monitor patients requiring respiratory support, including those in intensive care units.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and patient education plans.
• Conduct diagnostic tests such as lung capacity and blood gas analysis.
• Administer oxygen therapy, chest physiotherapy, aerosol medications, and manage ventilators.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams on care planning and clinical decisions.
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment techniques and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate records and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of respiratory equipment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant clinical experience in reputable healthcare facilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and patient safety.
