Restaurant Host – Front‑of‑House Guest Experience

About the role

Apt Resources is looking for a professional and personable Restaurant Host to be the welcoming face of a dining establishment in Dubai. You will ensure guests enjoy a smooth experience from entry to seating while upholding high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly, courteous manner.
• Manage reservations and walk‑in guests efficiently to optimise seating.
• Coordinate with wait staff and kitchen to ensure timely seating and service.
• Provide information about the menu, daily specials, and answer guest inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and maintain guest satisfaction.
• Keep the host station and lobby area clean and organised.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Host, Hostess, or similar role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
