Restaurant Host – Mezzaluna (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and energetic Restaurant Host to join the Mezzaluna team at InterContinental Residence Suites Dubai Festival City. As the first point of contact for guests, you will create a welcoming atmosphere and ensure smooth seating and reservation processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring tables, wait staff and equipment meet opening standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of restaurant operating equipment.
• Greet guests, verify reservations, record them in the reservation book, and create new bookings when needed.
• Escort guests to their assigned tables and manage seating according to restaurant standards.
• Handle telephone reservations and accurately document details.
• Assist with training servers and runners according to standard operating procedures.
• Uphold uniform and personal presentation standards in line with hotel policy.

Required skills
