Restaurant Hostess – Luxury Hotel (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Restaurant Hostess to join the Turquoise Restaurant at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. You will be the first point of contact for guests, managing reservations and ensuring smooth guest flow in a luxury hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, escort them to their tables and manage seating arrangements.
• Handle telephone bookings, maintain the reservation system and keep the guest database up‑to‑date.
• Assist with table set‑up, displays and ensure the hostess station and menus are clean.
• Support the service team during peak periods, covering sections, coffee station or back‑area tasks as needed.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints, escalating incidents to the supervisor when required.

Required profile

• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English; additional language (Russian, Arabic) is a plus.
• Well‑presented, professionally groomed and strong interpersonal skills.
• Secondary education with at least 1 year of hotel F&B experience.
