About the role

Driven to create unique home‑grown food concepts that bring people together, Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality group seeking a Restaurant Manager for its quick‑service outlets.

Key responsibilities

Oversee restaurant operations by leading and developing the team to maintain high standards.
Work closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome, especially during busy periods.
Maintain professional relationships with guests and resolve issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and chef on menu changes and presentations.
Ensure food and beverage are served and cleared according to service standards.
Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock levels.

Required profile

2–3 years of full‑service restaurant management experience, preferably in the UAE.
Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues and lead a team.
