Driven to create unique home‑grown food concepts that bring people together, Independent Food Company is a UAE‑based hospitality group seeking a Restaurant Manager for its quick‑service outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations by leading and developing the team to maintain high standards.
• Work closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome, especially during busy periods.
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and chef on menu changes and presentations.
• Ensure food and beverage are served and cleared according to service standards.
• Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock levels.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of full‑service restaurant management experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong hospitality mindset with the ability to connect with guests and colleagues and lead a team.
