Restaurant Manager – Signature Asian Dining

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead our Signature Asian Dining outlet in Dubai. You will ensure seamless operations, high‑quality guest experiences, and a motivated team.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate staff to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect staff grooming, attire, and address any deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and securing the premises.
• Maintain organized storage areas using FIFO principles and ensure cleanliness.
• Conduct inventories, stock supplies, and place requisitions.
• Monitor dining room seating, service flow, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Create work orders for maintenance and oversee their completion.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, and disciplinary actions.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and report incidents.
• Welcome guests, anticipate their needs, and provide courteous service.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
