Retail Account Manager

About the role

Deliveroo is expanding its Retail vertical in the UAE and seeks a Retail Account Manager to own relationships with top national and SMB non‑food partners. You will act as the day‑to‑day liaison, helping partners launch, grow, and succeed on the Deliveroo platform.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard, maintain, and grow a portfolio of retail and non‑food partners across multiple categories.
• Drive partner performance through regular reporting, business reviews, and proactive growth initiatives.
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance the value proposition for customers.
• Collaborate with compliance, legal, operations, and other internal teams to ensure best practices and resolve issues.
• Lead site roll‑outs and identify gaps for partner expansion.
• Represent Deliveroo within partner organisations and coordinate internal support.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in account management, business development, or a commercial role.
• Background in the retail and/or pharmacy industry.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
