About the role
Join Qureos Inc as a Retail Counter Sales representative in Dubai, handling walk‑in customers from goldsmiths to jewellery manufacturers. You will promote and sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals while providing excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Assist walk‑in customers, including goldsmiths, jewellery workshops, and manufacturers.
- Sell jewellery‑making tools, machinery, equipment, plating and industrial chemicals.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and follow up with customers.
- Maintain product knowledge and showroom presentation.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of counter/retail sales experience, preferably in jewellery, tools, hardware or industrial supplies.
- Strong communication and customer‑handling skills.
- Ability to learn technical product details.
- Hindi, Gujarati or Arabic language skills are an advantage.
