Senior Sales Account Executive, Enterprise

About the role

The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will drive revenue growth across a named portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts in the financial services verticals. This role owns the full commercial sales lifecycle, from outbound prospecting to contract execution and post‑signature expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and own an outbound pipeline within a strategic named account portfolio, collaborating with SDR and Marketing teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end commercial execution for large, complex deals involving multiple buying groups and business units.
• Articulate a value‑based case linking enterprise objectives, economic impact, and executive priorities to the Behavox Controls Platform.
• Maintain high‑fidelity pipeline, activity, and forecast hygiene in HubSpot and lead complex pricing negotiations.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of executive buying dynamics in large, regulated financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of the regulatory pressures and control challenges within banking, asset management, private equity, or commodities.
• Experience managing strategic accounts through the full sales cycle, including renewals and expansion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HubSpot CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Experience selling SaaS‑based AI platforms to enterprise customers.
