Retail Loans Pricing Manager

About the role

Emirates NBD is seeking a Retail Loans Pricing Manager to lead the design and execution of risk‑based pricing strategies for its retail loan portfolio. The role focuses on enhancing competitiveness, protecting portfolio quality, and driving revenue growth across multiple customer segments and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional initiatives with Business, IT, Finance, Risk, Operations and external partners to translate business needs into scalable pricing and digital solutions.
• Assess the loan portfolio, analyse risk factors and recommend pricing models that balance competitiveness with loss mitigation.
• Develop and continuously refine pricing strategies based on historical data, customer behaviour and market trends.
• Create a roadmap for retail assets that supports process improvement, channel activation and superior customer experience.
• Leverage Dubai Government digital capabilities such as blockchain, UAE Pass and Emirates ID to deliver secure, frictionless lending journeys.
• Establish and scale partnerships with auto dealerships and property developers to embed lending journeys within partner channels.
• Collaborate with the FinTech team to deploy open‑banking solutions and enhance digital lending platforms.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail loan pricing, risk assessment or related financial product management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret portfolio data and market dynamics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to drive cross‑functional projects to delivery.
• Knowledge of digital banking ecosystems and regulatory environment in the UAE.
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
