Retail Sales Assistant – Toys & Games

About the role
The Sales Assistant will drive sales and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers at the Toys 'R' Us store in Abu Dhabi. You will represent the brand with energy and friendliness, maintaining store standards and supporting the retail team.
Key responsibilities
- Generate sales while delivering excellent customer service.
- Greet customers promptly with a friendly, non‑businesslike approach.
- Provide up‑to‑date product information and assist in the fitting rooms.
- Handle cash transactions, promote gift cards, and keep the cash wrap tidy.
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
- Capture customer data in the store database.
- Perform additional operational duties assigned by store management.
Required profile
- High school diploma.
- 1‑2 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Physical stamina for standing and performing duties for extended periods.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer‑aided design (CAD) software.
- Experience using AutoCAD.
- Experience using Sketchup.
- Experience using Illustrator.
- Experience using Photoshop.
