Retail Sales & Cashier Roles at Deira City Centre, Dubai

About the role

We are hiring for several retail positions at Deira City Centre, one of Dubai's busiest malls. The roles range from Sales Supervisor to Sales‑cum‑Cashier and are ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the floor during shifts, manage opening/closing, breaks and escalated customer issues (Sales Supervisor).
• Create and maintain visual displays that drive sales and rotate stock for seasonal promotions (Merchandiser).
• Engage shoppers, explain product features and convert browsing into purchases (Sales Promoter).
• Assist customers in finding products, keep shelves stocked and support teammates during busy periods (Sales Assistant).
• Process payments accurately, handle returns and keep the checkout area running smoothly (Sales‑cum‑Cashier).

Required profile

• Comfortable working evenings, weekends and public holidays in a high‑traffic mall.
• Basic English communication; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Russian, Mandarin) are a plus.
• Valid UAE visa or eligibility for sponsorship (must be in the country to apply).
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Prior retail or customer‑service experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
