Retail Sales Representative – Dubai Mall

About the role

The Retail Sales Representative drives sales and ensures a pleasant shopping experience at Al‑Futtaim Watches & Jewellery in Dubai Mall. You will maintain store presentation, assist customers with product knowledge, and handle operational duties such as housekeeping and security.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and uphold visual standards.
• Greet customers promptly, provide product information, and process sales at the cash wrap.
• Handle gift‑card transactions, capture customer data, and keep the cash wrap tidy.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms, follow up on their needs, and aim to increase the sale.
• Thank customers on exit and encourage repeat visits.
• Support the Store Manager with opening, closing, cover duties and security tasks.
• Run the store in the manager’s absence when required.
• Train new staff on POS operation and perform corrective actions on POS issues.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, ticketing and in‑store procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months of retail sales experience.
• Ability to operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to assist with store opening, closing and security responsibilities.
