Retail Store Manager

About the role

The Retail Store Manager will lead daily store operations in Dubai, ensuring an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and profitability. This role oversees a team, manages inventory, and implements operational plans aligned with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the store operational plan to exceed sales targets.
• Set, communicate and monitor individual and store sales budgets.
• Implement Apple planograms and maintain store appearance according to brand guidelines.
• Manage inventory storage, tracking, replenishment and resolve related issues.
• Schedule staff, oversee floor coverage and handle vacation planning.
• Ensure cash management policies are followed and registers are reconciled.
• Address customer complaints in coordination with back‑office teams.
• Prepare regular performance reports and conduct market studies.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, training and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a team toward sales goals.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
