Retail Supervisor – SKIMS (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Al Tayer Insignia is seeking a Retail Supervisor for its SKIMS store in Abu Dhabi. The role involves leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service while managing merchandising and stock control to meet department targets. You will work in a fast‑paced luxury retail environment, ensuring the store operates smoothly and meets sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team to achieve excellent customer service standards.
• Analyse daily sales data to maximise performance.
• Resolve customer complaints personally or escalated to the store manager.
• Maintain grooming, presentation and professional conduct standards.
• Motivate team members, recognise achievements and foster a collaborative environment.
• Induct and train new starters in partnership with the store manager and training department.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages or losses and support corrective actions.
• Ensure commercial and visual merchandising follows brand guidelines.
• Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms and stock areas clean and well‑organised.
• Comply with company policies, including refunds, security, health and safety.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in sales or customer service within a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
