Assistant Store Manager – Abu Dhabi The Grove

About the role

Golden Goose is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to join its Abu Dhabi The Grove location. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and support daily store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies, monitor KPIs and drive omnichannel performance.
• Provide elevated customer service, including product advice, up‑selling, cross‑selling and handling inquiries.
• Support staff training, performance monitoring and ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand standards.
• Oversee stock management, back‑room organization, receiving, transfers and regular stock takes.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, GDPR, health & safety and standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous retail sales experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
• Effective time‑management and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
