Revenue Management Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Management Analyst will support the Revenue Manager in collecting, organizing and analysing revenue data across all hotel departments. The role provides reporting and analytical insight to optimise pricing, inventory and overall financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide reporting and analytical assistance to Rooms, Food & Beverage, Spa and Sports & Leisure.
• Develop, maintain and analyse production reports for performance reviews, pricing strategies, customer behaviour, competitive intelligence, forecasting and budgeting.
• Conduct ad‑hoc reports and analyses as required.
• Assist the Revenue Manager with daily rate and inventory management and act as the primary revenue manager in their absence.
• Update weekly forecasts and yield reports, attend relevant meetings and contribute insights.
• Monitor OTA market segments, set production goals and optimise online content placement.
• Review group cut‑off dates and allocate inventory accordingly.
• Lead weekly Group Pick‑Up meetings with the Events Manager to review group bookings and inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum two years (24 months) of experience in revenue analysis or a related hospitality finance role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Proficiency in preparing clear reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
