About the role

We are seeking Risk Associates to support programme-level risk management, risk registers, workshops, trend analysis and early‑warning reporting. The position involves preparing risk dashboards and heat maps.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and update programme risk registers.
Review contractor and consultant risk registers.
Support risk identification and assessment workshops.
Monitor mitigation actions and residual risks.
Prepare risk dashboards and heat maps.
Track early‑warning notices and emerging risks.
Analyse risk trends across multiple project packages.
Support quarterly lessons‑learned reviews.
Escalate high‑impact risks to programme management.
Support programme reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

Experience in project or programme risk management.
Strong exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities or EPC projects.
Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
Strong analytical and reporting capability.
Experience facilitating risk workshops is desirable.
