Risk Associate – Energy & Power Infrastructure

About the role

We are seeking Risk Associates to support programme-level risk management, risk registers, workshops, trend analysis and early‑warning reporting. The position involves preparing risk dashboards and heat maps.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update programme risk registers.
• Review contractor and consultant risk registers.
• Support risk identification and assessment workshops.
• Monitor mitigation actions and residual risks.
• Prepare risk dashboards and heat maps.
• Track early‑warning notices and emerging risks.
• Analyse risk trends across multiple project packages.
• Support quarterly lessons‑learned reviews.
• Escalate high‑impact risks to programme management.
• Support programme reporting and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in project or programme risk management.
• Strong exposure to infrastructure, energy, utilities or EPC projects.
• Knowledge of quantitative and qualitative risk assessment.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops is desirable.
