Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping

About the role

The Mercure Gold Hotel in Dubai is looking for an experienced Room Attendant to join its housekeeping team. You will ensure guest rooms meet the hotel’s high standards of cleanliness and comfort, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards and SOPs.
• Perform bed making, bathroom cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and floor care.
• Replenish linen, towels, amenities and room supplies.
• Operate housekeeping equipment and cleaning tools safely and efficiently.
• Report maintenance issues, room damages and lost‑and‑found items promptly.
• Maintain guest privacy while delivering courteous service.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of guest‑room cleaning standards, bedding and linen management.
• Detail‑oriented, hardworking and a strong team player.
• Currently residing in Dubai and available for immediate joining.

Required skills

• Operation of housekeeping equipment such as vacuum cleaners.
• Handling of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
• Linen management and room replenishment.
