About the role

The Rooms Controller is the guest‑service hub for Atlantis The Palm Dubai, ensuring smooth pre‑registration, check‑in and room‑change processes for all guests, especially those with special requirements. This role blends customer‑service excellence with meticulous attention to detail in a fast‑moving luxury environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pre‑register designated guests and prepare key packets.
• Organise and coordinate check‑in and pre‑registration procedures for arriving groups.
• Review, track and accommodate room or check‑out change requests, communicating status to relevant staff.
• Confirm reservations and cancellations promptly.
• Monitor and update the status of out‑of‑order rooms on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel property.
• Strong ability to contribute to and deliver on business strategies.
