About the role
The Saikindō Hostess is the first point of contact for guests entering the Saikindō bar and restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Abu Dhabi. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and designing memorable experiences for visitors to the Japanese‑inspired music and mixology venue.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a polished and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the host stand, coordinate seating, and ensure smooth flow of guests.
- Provide information about the venue, menu, and upcoming events.
- Assist with reservation handling and guest inquiries.
- Collaborate with service and bar teams to maintain high service standards.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality environment.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
