Sales Account Manager – Bottling & Injection Systems

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to lead the promotion and sale of SIPA’s complete bottling and injection system solutions across Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and the UAE. The role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen to develop new market segments and nurture long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in collaboration with the Regional Manager.
• Define sales strategies, prepare offers, negotiate and close complex machinery contracts.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs.
• Coordinate with After‑Sales and Project Management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Prepare and manage sales budgets for the assigned territory and product portfolio.
• Oversee the regional agent network where applicable.
• Represent SIPA at industry exhibitions, trade shows and conferences.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline data in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical high‑school diploma (preferred).
• Proven sales experience in bottling lines, equipment manufacturing or complex B2B industrial machinery.
• Strong knowledge of system configurations and plastic packaging technologies.
• Fluent in English and Arabic for corporate communication and regional negotiations.
• Willingness to travel up to 60‑70 % of the time across the Gulf region.
