Sales Account Manager - Epson

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for driving Epson product sales in the UAE market, building strong relationships with corporate clients and ensuring high customer satisfaction. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, expanding market share and delivering end‑to‑end solutions for office imaging needs.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve allocated sales targets and increase market share for Epson solutions.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with corporate clients across sectors such as Banking, Insurance, Hospitality and Education.
• Coordinate with logistics and service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation and after‑sales support.
• Report sales forecasts and business updates to senior management for informed decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Account Manager in office automation (MPS, MFP, printers, scanners, large formats).
• Proven track record selling to corporate verticals and handling Managed Print Services projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Managed Print Services and Print Management Solutions.
• Product expertise in Epson printing and imaging equipment.
