Sales Assistant – Flower Shop (Russian/Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, customer‑focused Sales Assistant to join the flower shop team at a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Dubai. The role requires fluency in Russian or Arabic, a good command of English, and a passion for sales and floral products.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide personalized service in the flower shop.
• Promote and sell floral arrangements, bouquets and gift items.
• Handle walk‑in, phone and online orders efficiently.
• Coordinate with florists on custom arrangements and special requests.
• Manage billing, cash handling and POS transactions.
• Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising standards.
• Support hotel events, weddings and special occasions with floral sales.
• Ensure the shop meets 5‑star cleanliness and service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales or hospitality (flower shop experience is a plus).
• Fluent in Russian or Arabic and proficient in English.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Sales‑driven, proactive and well‑presented.
• Flexible availability for shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• POS system knowledge.
• Basic computer skills.
