About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on driving ticket sales while delivering an exceptional experience to every customer who walks through our doors.

Key responsibilities

Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets for raffle tickets.
Process sales transactions accurately and reconcile daily records.
Provide clear information about prizes, promotions and product details.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean, organized sales environment and follow company SOPs.
Support and mentor new team members through training.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably retail or hospitality.
Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
Strong communication, problem‑solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

Computer literacy for processing sales and maintaining records.
