About the role
We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in Sharjah. The role involves handling administrative tasks, managing data, and coordinating with customers to ensure smooth order processing.
Key responsibilities
- Enter sales data and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Assist the sales team with order processing and documentation.
- Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and provide product information.
- Handle cash transactions responsibly and keep proper records.
- Maintain filing systems and update inventory stock as needed.
Required profile
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Prior experience in sales coordination or data entry preferred.
- Ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
