Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join Hyatt in Dubai. In this position you will deliver an excellent and consistent level of service to customers while providing essential administrative support to both the Corporate Sales and Leisure Sales teams. You will act as a key point of contact between the sales teams and clients, ensuring that all administrative processes are carried out efficiently and accurately, and that client interactions are documented properly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, consistent service to customers, handling inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
• Assist the Corporate Sales and Leisure Sales teams with day‑to‑day administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and data management.
• Support the overall sales department by managing administrative duties, maintaining records, and facilitating smooth internal processes.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or a recent graduate with a strong customer‑service orientation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
