Sales Coordinator

About the role

Super Grass General Trading LLC is seeking a proactive Sales & Site Visit Coordinator to drive business growth across Dubai. The hybrid position combines inbound lead handling, client and site visits, product presentation, and closing sales deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound customer inquiries and proactively generate new leads.
• Visit client locations and project sites to present product catalogs, demonstrate samples, and take on‑site measurements.
• Prepare accurate commercial proposals, quotations and pro‑forma invoices based on measured requirements.
• Process orders, coordinate with inventory, production and delivery teams, and track installations to completion.
• Maintain relationships with project managers, contractors, consultants and end‑clients to generate repeat business.
• Record activities in the CRM system and submit weekly sales reports.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in direct sales, sales coordination or outdoor sales, preferably in surfacing, building materials, flooring or interior products.
• Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site assessments.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with excellent English communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Experience using CRM software.
• Ability to prepare quotations, invoices and commercial proposals.
• Competence in on‑site measurement and basic technical estimation.
