Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Skrooge AI is looking for one of its first Sales Development Representatives to build a top‑of‑funnel pipeline for the UAE market. The role is primarily outbound, combining fast speed‑to‑lead on inbound inquiries with proactive research, calls, WhatsApp, email and LinkedIn outreach to qualify prospects and book meetings for the Business Development team.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, WhatsApp Business, email and LinkedIn.
• Research and prioritize Ideal Customer Profile (UAE SMEs, recent registrations, free‑zone founders).
• Qualify leads using the BANT framework (need, timing ≤60 days, budget/fit, decision‑maker).
• Book qualified meetings, record concise call notes in the CRM and maintain data hygiene.
• Handle common objections and quickly disqualify misaligned prospects.
• Meet daily activity SLAs: 100–125+ new‑lead touches and ~20 qualified meetings per month.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2‑C1) and Arabic or Hindi.
• Confident cold‑caller with high‑volume outbound experience.
• Results‑driven, coachable and process‑oriented.
• Passion for sales; exposure to UAE SMB, accounting or fintech is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient use of a CRM system.
• Experience with WhatsApp Business for outreach.
